Implementation Manager (PPP Services)

Based - Cumbria or Warrington

We are now looking to expand our fantastic team on PPP with the recruitment of a Construction Subject Matter expert who can provide enthusiasm and energy to the 'in flight' project portfolio. You will advise on buildability / constructability and ensuring -

- Our processes, methods and procedures are fit for purpose and in line with business operating plans.

- That a world class approach to safety is the norm and not an aspiration.

- The highest standards of construction management and execution.

- We look at how great ideas can be implemented (and implement them), constructed more economically and how can we make construction more eco friendly (and do it).

You'll possess well developed communication skills and can nurture lasting relationships with the internal team, consortium partners and sub-contractors. Got some new ideas ? if you have then we want people who can bring a fresh approach, a fresh impetus and more importantly, be able to inspire others to deliver our plans with enthusiasm and energy.

You'll ideally have some formal qualifications in project management along with a background/qualifications in construction or engineering. Knowledge of CDM, BIM, Modular Construction and NEC contracts would also be highly beneficial.
