The Workforce Strategy and Organizational Effectiveness Manager will support development and lead execution of Human Resources strategic & business transformational initiatives. This position will be aligned to key enterprise transformations and accountable for systemically assessing behavioral, social, and operational constructs – translating insights into repeatable strategies that achieve desired strategic business outcomes. Align and prioritize change initiatives to the strategy and culture which promotes employee experience, engagement and enhanced business outcomes.


Role & Responsibility

Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Management
Identify, develop, and implement OE framework, methodologies, approach, and tools. 
Act as OE partner for critical organizational issues, changes, business initiatives, re-orgs, acquisitions, etc. 
Create and manage work plans, communication and sustainability processes are integrated with other business work streams as required.
Creates integrative approaches, operating ecosystems, and solutions that realign the systems/structures to support the achievement of business strategy.
In partnership with HRLT, creates program implementation to enhance the desired culture of DBNA measures key talent metrics for organization.   
Process, Analytics and Tools Application
Apply policy, processes, methodologies, tools, and practices to ensure OE and quality of change initiatives across the organization.
Conduct assessment to discover organizational issues and root causes.
Complete data analysis to respond to organizational needs. 
Lead the organization’s employee lifecycle programs.
Business Development 
Represents the HR organization in assessing the impact and influencing the SWP and People Strategy for business development initiatives.  Facilitating the organizational & cultural integration alongside HR team and coordinating the integration and change management of People processes, policies, & systems.
Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP)
Lead the SWP process, analysis, and prioritization of needs aligned to company strategy, forecasting and business transformation initiatives. 
Design and implement management tools to optimize workforce planning analytics.

Job Requirement

Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin. and/or Human Resources
Experience Required: 7>10 years’ experience org. effectiveness, workforce planning, business strategy, or related preferred.
Travel Required: 25%
Green belt in Six Sigma tools and processes
Strong business acumen and analytical skills as demonstrated by the ability to think deeply and systemically about business problems, breaking down problems and presenting creative solutions while evaluating the pros and cons of each option.
Strong project management, presentation and facilitation skills to coordinate actions and deliver timely, quality products.
Change Management Experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to remain organized, attention to detail, meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Understanding of HR database systems, policies, and practices to utilize and obtain data for analysis 
Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically: Power point, Excel, PowerBi and virtual collaboration tools
