Job Information
The Strategy Process Analyst supports the Business Strategy team by gathering and communicating Bobcat’s strategic initiative results. They also ensure new initiatives are documented and added to the strategy scorecards, and work with others to clearly define key milestones. Additional responsibilities may include managing key projects in support of the initiatives.
Role & Responsibility
The primary responsibility of the Strategy Process Specialist will be maintaining, updating, and improving NA Business Management System; supporting ISO compliance and certification; monitoring and tracking Strategic Initiatives & KPIs; creating reports and dashboards to measure progress and trends. As part of gathering the results, identify opportunities to improve strategic performance through updated or new strategic initiatives. Additional responsibilities will include determining the most impactful way to communicate the results.
Business management/ISO processes:
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and business management systems.
- Facilitate external audits by coordinating documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process.
- Organize and lead management reviews to support strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
Environmental Social Governance:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather data for the Context of the Organization ensuring alignment with ESG objectives.
- Monitor, capture, and report energy and water usage metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for sustainability improvements.
- Consolidate and communicate North America ESG initiatives and performance metrics for inclusion in the Global Sustainability Report.
Initiative Management:
- Work with stakeholders to identify key initiatives and associated milestones on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure strategic initiatives align with corporate strategy.
- Analyzing the performance of initiatives, necessary improvements and working with key stakeholders to develop additional Initiative(s) to positively impact the strategic objectives.
Job Requirement
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent related work experience.
- Understanding of strategic planning concepts and methodology.
- Experience within a manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Project and/or process management experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and ability to problem solve.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel capability; PowerBI & Power Apps experience preferred.
- Fosters cross functional discussions and decisions. Self-motivated and ability to problem solve.
- Travel Required: <25%.
