Job Information

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Promotions Analyst to join our dynamic team. Primary responsibilities include executing, analyzing, and forecasting dealer and customer sales incentive programs. This role will also control, monitor, and optimize sales incentive programs and initiatives to maximize the financial and sales performance of the company. In addition, you will provide valuable input to strategic decisions that impact the business.

Role & Responsibility

Data Management

  • Validate data integrity for historic, current, and forecasted sales program data.
  • Collect, organize, and evaluate finance subsidy information from financial lender partners.
  • Review data to effectively safeguard company resources from misuse of sales incentive programs.

Dashboards and Reports

  • Build and enhance reports and other analytical tools which support team, other functions, and varying stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report variables that contribute to the cost and effectiveness of sales incentive programs.
  • Leverage company resources to obtain necessary information to create reports and solve business problems.

Sales Incentive Program Execution

  • Review and settle sales incentive program requests for the Bobcat dealer network.
  • Ensure accuracy of sales incentive program payouts based on program policy.
  • Maintain consistent execution of daily, weekly, and monthly sales incentive program requests.

Dealer and Field Staff Support

  • Support internal and external stakeholders with sales incentive program inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Effectively communicate with dealers, customers, and coworkers.
  • Responsible for managing valuable dealer to internal team interactions.

Job Requirement

  • Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related major.
  • Experience Required: 0 to 3+ years.
  • Travel Required: <10%
  • Strong financial acumen & knowledge of financial statements.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain organization and prioritization while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with other business functions as well as dealers.
  • Demonstrate the ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of construction equipment and industry is a plus.
