As a Sales & Marketing Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the prioritization and creation of dashboards and reports across the business, leading to better monitoring of performance, cost, and other metrics to help Doosan meet its revenue and share goals. You will have a role as a data steward and business analyst as new systems and capabilities within those systems are brought online, including but not limited to initiatives in Connected Selling, Quote-to-Order, and Dealer Performance Review. In addition, you must have a unique mix of business knowledge and technical capabilities in order to do root cause analysis and create business case proposals to drive the company towards achieving its strategic goals. 

Role & Responsibility

Dealer Performance Management:

  • Full ownership of Dealer Performance scorecard system ranging from analysis of results, proposal of changes to executive team, and distribution to internal (various commercial departments) and external (dealers) audiences
  • Manage Bobcat Rewards and Performance Council dealer sales specialists' programs that aim at retaining sales staff and elevating sales performance. Including the relationship with third-party vendors as well as design and structure of incentive programs
  • Analyze dealer performance to better understand effective commericial strategies to grow performance and overall throughput of Bobcat products

Collaboration with commercial and business intelligence teams:

  • Work with the OACS, Salesforce, and PowerBI to create reports summarizing performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate with business intelligence teams from various departments such as Sales, Marketing, Channel Development, and Product Management to identify new trends or create initiatives that will drive the company towards needed results

Dashboards & Reports:

  • Build reports & dashboards using the data warehouse that will benefit end users, including internal groups as well as external users (dealers)
  • Become an expert with data solutions such as OACS or PowerBI report building and share knowledge across the organization to deliver information in a format that’s usable by various user bases
  • Train Field Staff members on new reports and help with onboarding of new Account Managers as it relates to sales reports used to measure performance
  • Provide business with reports and updates on a range of topics by utilizing existing and new data flows; including but not limited to machine telematics, Wells Fargo credit lines, customer credit inquiries, or sales specialist quote activity

Job Requirement

  • Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  • Experience Required: 0>5 years
  • Travel Required: 10-24%
  • Extensive experience with business analytic tools
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Expert in Excel and PowerBI
  • Proficient in PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate ability to create complex queries, macros and pivot tables
  • Research and analytical skills sufficient to analyze problems in a multi-faceted way and to develop and implement innovative solutions as well as track the implementation of action items
  • Ability to anticipate future needs, so design and prioritization meets both requirements today and tomorrow
  • Communication skills that bridge the gap between dealers, field staff, internal department stakeholders, and executives
  • Proficient with database architecture, application and dashboard development
  • Demonstrate ability to create the architecture and relationships of variables using both business rules and data management technologies
  • Ability to understand multiple facets of the business, including but not limited to sales, marketing, and operations, as well as drivers for the Doosan corporate entity as well as Bobcat dealership business drivers
