Job Information

The co-op experience offers a variety of hands-on-training and exposure to developing and administering effective company benefits.

Role & Responsibility

  • Assist in driving consistent benefit administration across all platforms (union, non-union & retirees) within Doosan Bobcat.
  • Support benefit administration for new hires, terminations, deaths and retirements.
  • Process updates (masterdata, deductions, etc) to HRIS & benefit systems
  • Work with benefits team and third party administrator and/or vendors to resolve participant and/or system issues both timely and with a high level of customer service.
  • Support benefit system (enrollment & administration) implementation and transition; including system file interface mapping/testing and process documentation

Job Requirement

  • Jr. or Sr. standing seeking a degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
  • Strong background in Office 365
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly, follow instructions and processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills and high level of motivation
  • Be able to commit to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) and be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Ability to multi-task and organize information
  • Experience Required: 0>2 years
  • Travel Required: >10%


Reimbursement of required college co-op tuition credits – (up to $1,000.00 per lifetime)
