The Director Total Rewards role partners with HR and cross-functional leadership to design and develop a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy, methodology, and philosophy, and serves as a strategic human resource leader assuring that the Total Rewards programs are competitive and administered within policies, guidelines, bargaining agreements, and legal requirements.

Role & Responsibility
  • Build strong relationships with client groups to understand business strategy and goals, to identify successful Total Rewards solutions
  • Understand top talent, key roles and strategic workforce plans to influence Total Rewards strategy and planning
  • Lead Total Rewards strategy and design of programs, projects (annual, ad-hoc, etc.), including active & retiree populations, qualified and non-qualified defined contribution and benefit plans, incentive compensation, and sales commission
  • Craft roll-out strategies and communication plans to inform colleagues and business leaders about change of policy and implementation
  • Vendor management: Liaise with third party vendors and consultants to effectively develop and execute strategy, and ensure effective (cost, time, and comepitiveness) execution
  • Development and oversight of Total Rewards budget and quarterly forecasts in close collaboration with finance, HR, and executive leadership
  • Ensure appropriate tools and dashboards are in place to allow for adequate Total Reward analytics to drive and maximize retention and recruitment efforts
  • Ensure strong alignment across HR teams to ensure understanding of Total Rewards measurement needs and capture of accurate metrics
Job Requirement
  • Bachelors in Business, Finance (or related)
  • 5 - 7 years' experience
  • 5 - 10 years' customer service experience
  • Travel Standard: 10%
  • Working knowledge of Total Rewards strategy, benefit plan design strategy, and communication
  • Demonstrated understanding of market compensation data and building of creative competitive solutions
  • Strong business acumen, P&L understanding, total reward value analysis
  • Ability to analysis data; identify accurateness/reasonability
