As a Co-op or Intern you will be presented the tools to further your professional development, apply your schooling to real-world projects, and gain hands-on experience while completing your undergrad degree.

Co-op: An 8-month long opportunity, Co-op positions are a full-time employment experience. Co-ops are fully immersed into the worlds of corporate and production industry as a full-time team member.

Internship: A semester long opportunity, Internships positions are a part-time employment experience. With the opportunity to extend multiple semesters, Interns tap into the foundations of our corporate and production industries.

Co-op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Bobcat’s different functions.

Role & Responsibility

Business Analyst

• Research and compare software options for new projects
• Assist in setting up data and conducting tests on newly developed software solutions
• Create process flows for innovation projects
• Collaborate with business partners to understand processes and solution needs

Developer/Engineer

• Develop and write code for software solutions
• Assist with conducting and creating automation processes for testing software solutions
• Assist in improving deployments of software solutions

Job Requirement

• Freshman, Sophomore, Juinior, or Senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

• Candidates pursuing other degrees who can demonstrate a strong interest in technology will be considered.

• Be able to commit to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op term (8-months) or internship (4-months)

Business Analyst Skills:

• Ability to understand business processes and process flows
• Ability to prepare and organize data for analysis
• Ability to dig in and understand technology
• Self-learner and detailed oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility with daily tasks/projects
• Enjoys working with people

Developer/Engineer Skills:

• Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as Object-Oriented programming
• Familiar with architectures and technologies such as Cloud, API, Microservices and Databases
• Knowledge of development best practices is a plus
• Self-learner and detailed oriented
• Flexibility with daily tasks/projects
