Job Information

As a Credit & Collections Coordinator, you will effectively perform Clark Equipment Company cash collections activities while also coordinating related credit activities for all Clark Equipment Company business units. By following Doosan Credit Policies and Procedures, you will perform an examination of basic credit history, background, administrative information of the customers for supplying a quality credit review which constitutes an important tool for the risk management activity and submitting for proper approval authority.

As a Credit & Collections Coordinator, you will responsible for collecting outstanding accounts receivable in a timely and professional manner and take initiative to expedite resolution of disputes with various internal operation units to remove collection obstacles and to create customer satisfaction.

Role & Responsibility

Collections Management

Maintain daily order hold report to properly review and release customers’ orders or setting consistent conditions for carrying out orders to be released
Maximize the collection opportunity of the North America accounts in order to reduce our risk and improve cash flow. Actively collaborate and share the knowledge with all Credit and Collections Team members

Dispute Management

Record and analyze AR disputes. Coordinate dispute stakeholder inputs, monitor turnaround time & ensure prompt resolution. When necessary, arrange immediate escalations. Perform root cause analysis to drive process improvements

Exposure/Risk Management Support

Ensure AR balances do not exceed established credit lines. Ensure timely, escalation for revision of credit lines if necessary

Credit Insurance

Assist Credit Team with necessary credit risk mitigation by ensuring maximum credit insurance coverage

Process Improvement

Actively participate and contribute to global and regional process improvement and automation programs and initiatives, promote positive change

Job Requirement

Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related educational fields
Required Experience: >2 years
Travel Standard: < 10%
Understanding of debt recovery
Understanding of basic business-to-business relationships
Genuine team player
ERP system knowledge - Oracle, SAP, Advanced Excel skills; Advanced communication and customer service skills
