Position Summary:

Coordinate administration related to employees within DBEM Ireland & Geith. Responsible for payroll administration for Doosan Bobcat EMEA. Working with EMEA HR Director for C&B, Systems and Processes to design, coordinate, implement and ensure compliance of HR technology & systems. HR Policies & Processes design & documentation. C&B Management across EMEA

 

Role & Responsibility

HR Administration:

  • Employee General Administration (from hiring to terminations )
  • Documentation Contracts, addendum's, employee communication
  • Supporting Employee matters
  • Involved in recruitment for DBEM Ireland & in new employee Induction program
  • Assisting with monthly payrolls
  • Payroll & Benefit administration - payroll, healthcare, S&S payments, pension contribution submissions.

 

HR Systems: 

  • Supporting the implementation, management, troubleshooting and maintenance of various HR systems (to include HRIS, HR Actions, MyHR)
  • Support HRIS training and support across EMEA
  • DQM

 

HRIS EMEA Contact:

  • Admin. point of contact between HRIS Team and EMEA entities for HRIS

 

HR Processes EMEA:

  • Documentation and SOPs for HR processes
  • Implement improvement measures and ensure compliance with processes across EMEA

 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Support EMEA Comp & Bens Lead with annual processes related to the C&B Management in EMEA

 

Adhoc tasks:

  • Adhoc projects, tasks and reports

 

Global Mobility:

  • Support EMEA GM Lead with updating tools, reports and systems related to GM

 

Reporting:

  • Supporting the recording of employee information across EMEA. Ensuring data quality linked to changes and restructuring in EMEA.  
  • Headcount Reports
  • Working on Labor Cost Reporting      

 

 

Job Requirement

  • Education & Qualification: Human Resources - Bachelors Degree / Allow Equivalent
  • Experience: 2>5 years
  • Experience within Human Resources
  • 3+ years experience in HR role
  • Comfortable & interest in working within changing environment
  • Understanding of importance of HR partnering the business
  • Systems savvy
  • Strong numerical ability and accuracy
  • Travel Standard: < 10%
  • Global Breadth: Multi-Site (> One Location)
  • :Knowledge & understanding of Human Resources
