Job Information

The Parts Operations Analyst is responsible for maintaining and publishing several KPI reports supporting the Doosan Parts distribution & logistics network. In addition, this individual will oversee the daily functions in SAP including inventory management, shipping support, and freight cost entry. Additional responsibilities include support of Operations & Logistics key initiatives with a focus on cost reduction and quality improvement. This individual will also work closely with the Customer Service department to maximize customer satisfaction via operational support. The Parts Operations Analyst will also support the Customer Service team on an as-needed basis to assist with dealer calls/emails.

Role & Responsibility

Operations & Logistics Reporting

  • Update and expand existing reports to support departmental initiatives
  • Publish KPI reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
  • Analyze operations & logistics data and make recommendations


Departmental Support

  • File carrier claims to recoup costs
  • Handle day-to-day SAP system needs (issues, material transfer, etc.) and become SME
  • KPI reporting & error root-cause determination
  • Ship-direct invoicing


Customer Service Support

  • Serve as a backup to customer service
  • Perform specific tasks of CSR to reduce the workload of CSR and improve quality & response time of CS Dept.

Job Requirement

  • Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in related field (business, logistics, etc.)
  • SAP ERP experience desired
  • 0-3 years of related experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory control preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organization and analytical ability
  • Proven ability to solve problems
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understands value chain structure in the industry
  • Utilizes resources and builds sustainable working networks
  • Travel Standard: < 10%
