Job Information

The Parts Sales Manager will establish, develop, and implement Doosan Parts’ short-, mid-, and long-term sales direction and strategy in alignment with organizational strategies through data reporting, recommendations, and analysis. This position drives key parts sales & marketing activities to further develop the Doosan brand and increase Parts revenue within the dealer network.

Role & Responsibility


Sales Analysis/ Strategy

  • Review and analyze sales/ revenue vs. target
  • Find out ways how to tackle, catch up on the difference between sales results & target
  • Work cross-functionally to set up & execute the catch-up plan
  • Actively set up & execute short, mid & long-term plan
  • Lead & execute key marketing/ sales activities that will lead to additional revenue in the parts business 

Marketing/ Sales Activities

  • Develop overall marketing & sales plan/ schedule/ activities and execute them on time, with quality, and within budget
  • Will be coordinated with related teams to advance the activities
  • Lead communication schedule and leverage appropriate channels for effective messaging

Dealer Management

  • Develop and manage the sales to dealers monthly
  • Manage day-to-day interest, plans, and goals of the Company in the dealer network
  • Develop a relationship with the dealer organization embodying mutual trust and respect
  • Develop annual dealer plans that maximize the market potential and realization of these plans

Dealer Communication and Accountability

  • Hold quarterly Sales/Action Plan meetings with core dealers
  • Present related data and competitive trends
  • Review sales data and dealer action plans quarterly with the dealer principal
  • Display assertive implementation of Action Plan items
  • Conduct dealer training & promotion.

Job Requirement

  • Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience with commercial marketing, sales, and territory management
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and develop strong business relationships
  • Self-motivated while also able to take direction and initiative as needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 3 - 6 years of experience required.
  • Travel required: > 30%
  • Global Breadth: North America
  • Prerequisite Training Course completed relating to role.
