The Digital Regional Solution Manager is a senior role and plays a crucial role in partnering and building relationships within the organization, with the primary objective of enhancing organizational capabilities. Must possess a strong understanding of the major business processes, technologies and solutions across their assigned function and/or site. The ability to solve complex business needs and translates them to functional requirements to create effective solutions.
The Digital Solution Site Leader is responsible for leading their Digital Solution Analyst team(s), who will be focused on facilitating operational efficiency, improving organizational communication and customer service as well as implementing new processes and solutions.
This position will also coordinate and prioritize both strategic and tactical Digital support for both project related activities and support needs at the site, regional and global level.
The successful candidate must be able to lead and manage teams, overseeing the documentation, design, and implementation of major business processes. They also champion new processes, procedures, and technologies to facilitate change management. Leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills are critical for success in this role.
Role & Responsibility
Digital Transformation Strategy:
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Ensure seamless integration of digital technologies into all areas of the business, enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to work together effectively.
- Ensure that digital tools and platforms are integrated smoothly across different departments.
- Enhance collaboration among global functions by identifying critical dependencies.
Cultural Change and Training:
- Drive cultural change necessary for digital adoption.
- Implement training programs and communication strategies to foster a digital-first mindset among employees.
Metrics and KPIs:
- Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of digital initiatives on business performance.
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Compliance and Security:
- Collaborate with our cybersecurity team to ensure that digital transformation initiatives comply with data protection and privacy regulations.
External Engagement:
- Engage with external stakeholders, including technology vendors, consultants, and industry groups.
- Stay informed about emerging digital trends and best practices.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and 10+ years of relevant experience implementing business process change and leading teams
- Travel Standard > 20%
- Experience managing people
- Project management and the ability to manage multiple projects at any given time
- Value Stream Mapping experience
- Excellent collaboration skills both written and verbal
