Job Information

Position Summary: Participate in the implementation of Human Resource strategies for his/her business unit across EMEA. Provides a broad range of Human Resources Business Partner functions to support the goals and objectives. Increase credibility with our partners & employees. Increase the capacity to impact and add value to the business. Is a partner for VP and Directors for his/her area of responsibility.

Role & Responsibility


  • Implementation of HR business Strategy in his/ her area of responsibility.
  • Be part of Business development.


Employee Relations:

  • Provide guidance and counsel to employees and supervisors relative to policy


HR Policies & Processes:

  • Internal support for policies  & processes


HR Activities:

  • Works directly with operations Team leaders, and to address potential dept issues
  • Plan, execute and administer HR services, such asemployment practices, transfers, hiring & exit,
  • Work with temp agencies to bring in temporary and contract labor as needed (interview, handle billing invoices, etc.) • Participate in the selection process for BC temporary


Administration & Reporting:

  • Administers internal job posting system
  • Reporting of the fluctuation / absenteeism
  • Secure right invoicing of the agencies



Job Requirement

  • Education & Qualification:  Human Resources - University / Allow Equivalent
  • Experience: 7>10 years
  • Experience Description:
  • HR Management
  • Labour Laws
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Tenacious with strong attention to detail
  • Travel Standard: 7>10 years
  • Global Breadth: Multi-Country (> One Country)
  • Knowledge & Skill:
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations
  • Good knowledge of English written and verbal
  • 7-10 years experience working in HR Management
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Excellent communication skills
