Position Summary: Participate in the implementation of Human Resource strategies for his/her business unit across EMEA. Provides a broad range of Human Resources Business Partner functions to support the goals and objectives. Increase credibility with our partners & employees. Increase the capacity to impact and add value to the business. Is a partner for VP and Directors for his/her area of responsibility.
Role & Responsibility
Strategy:
- Implementation of HR business Strategy in his/ her area of responsibility.
- Be part of Business development.
Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance and counsel to employees and supervisors relative to policy
HR Policies & Processes:
- Internal support for policies & processes
HR Activities:
- Works directly with operations Team leaders, and to address potential dept issues
- Plan, execute and administer HR services, such asemployment practices, transfers, hiring & exit,
- Work with temp agencies to bring in temporary and contract labor as needed (interview, handle billing invoices, etc.) • Participate in the selection process for BC temporary
Administration & Reporting:
- Administers internal job posting system
- Reporting of the fluctuation / absenteeism
- Secure right invoicing of the agencies
Job Requirement
- Education & Qualification: Human Resources - University / Allow Equivalent
- Experience: 7>10 years
- Experience Description:
- HR Management
- Labour Laws
- Strong negotiation skills
- Tenacious with strong attention to detail
- Travel Standard: 7>10 years
- Global Breadth: Multi-Country (> One Country)
- Knowledge & Skill:
- Knowledge of laws and regulations
- Good knowledge of English written and verbal
- 7-10 years experience working in HR Management
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Excellent communication skills
