Our main headquarters is located in East Hartford, CT with our manufacturing headquarters located in South Windsor, CT. We are seeking local candidates within a commutable proximity.

Program Overview

June – August 2026: Mon – Friday, On-site position (CT)

Our 10-week program offers assignment in a variety of functions such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Service, Implementation, Finance and more!

Our Engineering organization offers assignments working on one of the following teams: Design, Reliability, Electrical, Software, Systems, Cell Stack Assembly, Product Mgmt., Field Service, Mechanical Component, or Manufacturing Engineering. 

Other corporate functions might include: Finance, Environmental Health & Safety, Process Excellence & Implementation, and Facilities.

All assignments offer challenging projects to lead and opportunities to support on-going developments with other team members. We also include cross-functional exposure and networking with key leaders of the business at various events and sessions throughout the summer.

Job Requirement - Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program (or higher) at an accredited college or university
• Pursuing Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Manufacturing, Industrial
• Or for non-engineering assignments, pursuing degrees in related areas of: Facility Mgmt., Finance, EH&S, Project Mgmt. etc.
• GPA of 3.0 or better (preferred)
• Commutable distance required. All assignments are based on-site in South Windsor, CT
