Our 10-week program offers assignment in a variety of functions such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and other corporate functions. Our Engineering organization offers assignments working on one of the following teams: Design, Electrical, Software, Systems, Fuel Processing, Lab, Cell Stack Assembly or Mechanical Component Engineering. All assignments offer challenging projects to lead and opportunities to support on-going developments with other team members. We also include cross-functional exposure and networking with key leaders of the business at various events and sessions throughout the summer.

Job Requirement (continued)

Education & Experience

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program at an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Manufacturing, Industrial Eng.
• Or for non-engineering assignments, pursuing degrees in these related areas of study: Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS.
• GPA of 3.0 or better. (preferred)
• All assignments are based in South Windsor, CT or East Hartford, CT.
