Job Information

This role is responsible for overseeing many aspects of our company's human resources functions. This role will play a vital role in developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, recruiting, and retaining top talent, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This individual must possess a strong background in human resources management, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset to contribute to our organization's overall success.

Role & Responsibility

HR Operational Support

  • Talent Acquisition Support: Support the execution of the full-cycle staffing process, managing candidate tracking, scheduling interviews, verifying documentation, and ensuring an efficient onboarding process for new hires.
  • Talent Development Coordination: Assist managers with the coordination and tracking of career planning and Individual Development Plans (IDPs). Manage the logistics for internal and external training programs.
  • Operational Alignment: Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, providing support to manufacturing and engineering operations, and ensuring accurate HR data entry.

 

Employee & Labor Relations Compliance

Guidance & Documentation: Provide initial guidance and support to managers and employees on basic HR matters and policies. Maintain accurate and compliant documentation related to disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures.

Labor Compliance: Assist the Senior HR team in monitoring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Contract Administration: Support the daily administration and adherence to the labor contract (if applicable), focusing on documentation and process flow.

 

HR Administration & Process Improvement

  • Total Rewards Administration: Administer the company’s total compensation programs, processing routine pay actions, managing benefits enrollment changes, and verifying data accuracy in HRIS.
  • L&D Execution: Coordinate and deliver standardized training programs for production and professional employees based on established curricula.
  • Policy Management: Serve as a resource for employees and supervisors regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefit programs, ensuring consistent communication and application.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for transactional efficiency and assist in documenting and updating HR procedures and process flows.Team CoordinationAct as a point of coordination for HR processes and documentation, collaborating closely with central HR teams and providing administrative support to HR specialists and coordinators on operational tasks.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on hands-on execution and support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in an MNC environment, ideally supporting manufacturing plant operations in Mexico, is preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of core transactional HR functions: talent acquisition logistics, benefits administration, and employee relations support.
  • EHS: Familiarity with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and technical training documentation is a plus.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build professional relationships.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is mandatory.
