Senior Project Manager

Job Information

In this newly created role you will work across and deliver high profile high value Infrastructure nuclear and defence projects, responsible for the development and delivery of design packages.  Remit of the role will include; 

•    Early Contractor Involvement. 
•    Delivery in accordance with the Scope.
•    Assessing changes in scope against the project benefits.
•    Notification and assessment of Compensation Events.
•    Accepting Contractor designs (with designer support).
•    Review and acceptance of the Programme.
•    Creating and implementing a culture of safety across all stakeholder, contractor, and consultants.
•    Develop integrated workpack and project team schedules.
•    Work package risk and opportunity management.
•    Managing and reporting project spend against financial approvals/delegation. 
•    Provide Input to the procurement process, providing scope and delivery strategies.
•    Monitor the performance of supply chain in terms of the quality, timeliness and reliability of goods and/or services against agreed contractual obligations.
•    Provide top level direction, configuration, and management of Change.

As a highly experienced project manager your will have a demonstrable track record in developing and leading a JV culture of collaboaration and openness able to call upon appropriate leadership styles to gain and maintain the trust, confidence, commitment and collaboration of team members and stakeholders throughout the project ensuring continued momentum.
