The Manufacturing Test & Equipment Qualification function within our Asset Management business area provide consultancy services to the Oil & Gas, Process, Nuclear and Renewables sectors in the field of Testing & Equipment Qualification. Within the Test Engineering function we have an opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer to join the team in Renfrew. 

In this role you’ll have accountabilities such as:

- Providing leadership and governance to all Test and Equipment Qualification projects within Asset Management
- Demonstrating expertise in the field of full scale testing in support of the Asset Management’s activities. To interpret client project requirements and specify delivery strategy and implement and govern this strategy to fulfil contractual agreements.
- Technical leadership of Test and Equipment Qualification contracts including the creation of all documentation packs required to successfully complete the project requirements.

This will be achieved through:

-    Leading of TEQ projects.
-    Preparation of all Control of Work and project documentation including Safe Systems of Work.
-    Leading toolbox talks and project kick offs.
-    Liaison with other Asset Management functions as required to ensure timely completion of projects by SQEP personnel.
-    Thorough understanding of full scale testing principles and requirements and ensuring that these are governed and implemented to provide final product meeting all QHSE requirements
-    Preparation of tenders
-    Project manage and lead large TEQ programmes either as self-standing contracts or as part of a project team within a wider Asset Management product platform
-    Production of all Quality documentation required to control and govern full scale testing processes
-    Supply chain management.
-    Seamless interaction with clear and regular communication with multiple cross company functions required to successfully qualify our customers products.
-    Regular customer updates, schedule oversight and financial control of projects
-    Provide technical support to Asset Management Contracts
-    Write reports and technical documents


In order to be considered for this role we are looking for someone with relevant experience or other similar transferable skills. All of this experience is supported by a BEng or MEng degree in a relevant discipline.
