We are currently looking for a Senior Piping Designer to join the business, providing a document control service for a portfolio of projects within our Process & Energy division. With extensive experience in both Brownfield and Greenfield projects, covering FEED and EPC work.

We are looking for a driven and proactive Designer to be responsible for technical delivery, change control and schedule control of projects they are working on. You will be responsible for mentoring and development of less experienced technical personnel within their function, this also includes checking and verification of piping and mechanical engineers’ work. You may be required to lead a team of engineers to deliver a project. You will liaise with Head of Mechanical to review resourcing and competency / development planning.

You will have considerable experience as a Piping  Designer. Excellent knowledge and proven in-depth understanding of Engineering delivery methods, techniques and tools. Extensive knowledge of at least one of the following industries; Thermal, Process, Nuclear. You will have strong ability to mentor and be able to make technically critical decisions as well as support the team to meet business needs.
