Doosan Digital Innovation (DDI) provides global IT services of unmatched quality for sure fire success across the Doosan Group. We are currently looking for a HR Assistant to join us on 12-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of extension to 18 months.


You will support the effective delivery of the HR function for Doosan Digital Innovation Europe and the post holder will support HR related enquiries or requests as required. You will maintain digital and electronic records of employees, and process payroll, ensuring to resolve any payroll errors. You will assist with recruitment and onboarding activities including identifying candidates, referencing and issuing employment contracts & associated documentation. You will be responsible for absence management tracking and reporting, producing reports and letters as required. You will support with compensation and benefit activities and assist with performance management procedures. You will complete termination paperwork and conduct exit interviews and be expected to keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.


Ideally you will hold a Degree in Human Resources or related subject, coupled with previous exposure to payroll practices and a working knowledge of SAP HR is preferred. You should have proven professional HR experience, with a working knowledge and application of policy & procedure, standards and working practices. You should have an understanding of UK Employment Law legislation. You will have fantastic organizational and time management skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will work well under pressure and meets tight deadlines. Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools. You will have the ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels
