Job Information

Develop training material and deliver training to Dealer Sales specialists on Doosan products. Develop know how on key competitors and deliver competitive information for use during training & communication. Participate in product demonstrations, dealer open houses, trade shows and fairs and product launch trainings/events. 

Role & Responsibility

Training delivery: 

  • Perpare site for training & deliver training in Dobris or locally perform product walk-around for trainings/events
  • Participate in Demo days, Local Dealer Events, Open days, Regional dealer meetings & other events as required


Product knowledge: 

  • Master the Doosan product features & benefits and be able to translate them into customer advantages
  • Participate to Train the Trainer sessions in Korea

Develop Training Material & understand Competition: 

  • Develop and produce Product training material for ILT (student material/teacher material)
  • Develop content for online training courses
  • Track competitor product activity launches and websites for relevant material for training
  • Attend strategic trade shows to research competitor equipment and strategies
  • Identify and educate salesmen on competitive weaknesses and Doosan’s advantages

Job Requirement

  • Education & Qualification Education (including major) Engineering - Bachelors Degree/ Technical Domain - Bachelors Degree / Commercial - Bachelors Degree
  • Very Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Very good Computer skills (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
  • Any knowledge of additional graphical packages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout the region.
  • English , German and minimum one or more other major European languages.
  • Ability to idependenly lead training programs and develop content
  • Open minded to multiple cultures
  • Experience: 5>7 years
  • 3-5 Years’ experience of heavy equipment with a Construction Equipment manufacturer.
  • Able to manage effectively a group of trainees using effective teaching pedagogy
  • Travel Standard: > 50%
