Product Support Manager

Position Summary: The Product Support Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the global product support for ADTs is achieved.  The job scope will include training on all aspects of service, conducting Field Service Bulletins, Recall/Replacement campaigns and working closely with Aftermarket Parts, Quality, R&D and Production to ensure all issues are followed-up and solved as quickly as possible.

Role & Responsibility


  • Actively recruit, train and develop the talent needed for Service within DIN.


Business leadership:

  • Advise Managing Director as full partner in the business
  • Provide timely and prudent information to the management staff on any issues
  • Immediately force decisions when needed to achieve business objectives


Training & Development:

  • Plan and conduct training sessions for all new product launches or updates
  • Develop training material for beginning, intermediate and advanced trainings


Quality & Customer Service:

  • Ensure that all measures are taken to meet quality objectives from and Aftermarket perspective
  • Serve as factory link on all service issues that cannot be solved within the regions



  • Set strategic direction for obtaining the business’ vision for Service
  • Create framework for achieving financial targets for both AOP and LRP


Job Requirement

  • Education & Qualification:  Mechanics - Technical / Allow Equivalent
  • Experience: 10>15 years
  • 10+ years in a product support or production environment
  • Experience as a team leader
  • Good skills in personnel management and leadership (motivation, supervision and communication)
  • Good skills for effective and timely communication with other functions within the company
  • Results-oriented
  • Global Breadth: Single-Site (One Location)
  • Travel Standard: 10 - 24 %
  • 10+ years of deep knowledge in product support
  • In-depth knowledge of R&D and Production methodologies
  • Fluent English and preferably one additional language
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong PC Skills
