At our Aftermarket Operations Team, we are searching for Parts Manager UK who is responsible for the UK Market.

Your Responsibility

  • Understanding the market dynamics, working with our dealer partners and collaborating with service managers are requirements of the position. 
  • Achieve monthly spare parts sales targets in assigned districts
  • Consult dealers on spare parts portfolio
  • Recommend promotional activities to drive sales performance
  • Maintain gross profit margins at required levels
  • Education and training of dealer sales people
  • Facilitate dealer events that introduce new products to the market

Your Profile

  • 5-8 yrs of prior aftermarket related sales experience 
  • English fluent, any other language is a plus
  • Work independently, manage own time and responsibilities in order to achieve sales targets
  • Construction machines Systems experience and knowledge is a plus factor
  • Experience in dealer network management 
  • Be a driver and creative, problem solving minded, flexible, commercial awareness
