To deliver an effective, systematic customer service and prompt administration support function within the service and parts department.
Role & Responsibility
Service support:
- Completing order paperwork for relevant machines
- Providing administrative service to the service department
- Deal with all administration for parts
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated contact
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints
- Warranty administration including reports on a weekly basis
- Point of contact for warranty issues
- Deal with any queries with carriage company
- Distribute and file documentation in relevant sections
- Liaise with service and parts department
- Meet order and delivery supply deadlines
- Maintain high standards of professional conduct in relationships with suppliers
- Exploit the global service network
- Maintain consistent knowledge of information updates available to dealers
- Receive external telephone calls, ensuring all calls and messages are transferred to the appropriate recipient in a timely manner.
- Stationery ordering Daily external postal duties
- Sort and distribute all parts and invoices
