Job Information

In this role you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. In addition to talent acquisition, this role also encompasses responsibilities in recruitment marketing, vendor management, and compliance. 

Role & Responsibility

Talent Acquisition 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier talent across various departments and positions 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs, job requirements, and qualifications 
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates 
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit 
  • Oversee the Early Talent recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding 

Recruitment Marketing 

  • Partner with our Marketing Team and marketing contractors to develop and implement innovative recruitment marketing strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract high-quality candidates 
  • Create compelling job descriptions, advertisements, and other recruitment materials to effectively promote our company and open positions 
  • Leverage social media platforms, career websites, and other online channels to maximize the visibility and reach of our job opportunities 
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed

Vendor Management 

  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors to support talent acquisition efforts 
  • Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of services provided 
  • Collaborate with vendors to understand our hiring needs, share job requirements, and manage the candidate submission process 

Compliance 

  • Stay up-to-date with relevant labor laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with all applicable hiring and employment laws 
  • Oversee and manage the company's affirmative action program to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines 
  • Complete Workforce Certificate Renewals for each state, as needed 
  • Train hiring managers and HR team members on compliance requirements and best practices related to talent acquisition 

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field 
  • Experience in human resources and/or recruiting through full life cycle
  • Demonstrated industry-specific knowledge 
  • Working knowledge of Applicant tracking systems (ATS) and databases 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
  • Competency with MS Suite 
  • Experience: 5-7 years             
  • Travel Standard: 10 %
