As a Marketing Manager of Paid Search, you will lead the optimization of Paid Search programs and campaigns for Bobcat.


In addition, you will have accountability for results of Paid Search and will manage advanced budgets, planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting.  You will also have responsibility for the development of the Paid Search team, including training and support of team members.

Role & Responsibility

Guide, manage, optimization and management of paid search (PPC) programs, including: 

  • Strategy and campaign planning 
  • Campaign tactics and segmentation strategy, with a customer first mindset
  • Strategic partner management (Google, Microsoft, Merchant Center, Product Feeds, etc.) 
  • Actively identify new test and learn opportunities within Paid Search to build on expertise and unlock new capabilities
  • Custom analysist, reporting and insights that can scale across categories

Advance marketing planners and other internal stakeholders, including: 

  • Creation of tactical channel strategies, analyzing performance data to provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation, and appropriate action plans
  • Communicate with marketing planners on all elements of performance of paid search performance

Team Development: 

  • Develop internal direct report. Guiding on best practices and career development areas

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field 
  • 7+ years of experience with enterprise level paid search marketing (SEM) programs 
  • Team leadership and employee development 
  • Proven track record of success driving strong, positive results through PPC and Shopping campaigns 
  • External partner management (Google, Microsoft, technology partners, etc.) 
  • Previous experience in performance marketing and shopping campaigns 
  • Exceptional and demonstrated analytical skills, critical thinking skills 
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills 
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines 
  • Highly motivated and a proactive problem solver
