As a key leader within the Center of Excellence, the Digital Procurement Manager is responsible for supporting the digital transformation of the Procurement organization, with enabling Innovation and standardization in Processes, Systems and Performance improvement across the functions of Sourcing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Cost Innovation and Supplier Development. The Digital Procurement Manager manages the coordination of IT projects, working closely with the PIT organization on delivering solutions.

The position reports to the Global Director of CoE and supports with digital governance, digital process design, systems development-maintenance-enhancements, continuous improvement and team capability development. 


The position play also a key role with aligning and developing global analytics, web-based presence and establishing global master data governance across the organization.

Role & Responsibility

Strategic Direction and Planning
Support development, deployment and execution of digital systems delivering global process and standard alignment.

  • Execute assigned tasks with driving functional alignment and compliance, coordinating strategies, annual goals realization and special initiatives
  • Create innovation by benchmarking industry best practices for using Procurement digital tools, develop new proposal and drive strategic roadmap development
  • Manage the impact of change. Bring financial and economic support in the preparation of the strategic decision


Digital Transformation
Support the CoE efforts in leading transformation to Digital Procurement.

  • Coordinate efforts of creating global solutions for digitizing procurement and supply chain processes
  • Develop and execute the digital roadmap in alignment with Global PIT. Ownership of building business justification supporting IT solution roadmap
  • Support driving global alignment on business and system processes


Governance & Procurement Performance
Govern the digital systems supporting global processes (design, implementation, monitoring, and compliance usage enforcement). 

  • Enhance data accessibility and efficiency across the organization
  • Develop and maintain BI and data analytics solutions, working closely with PIT organization (dashboard- reporting, PowerBI, QLIK)
  • Develop and maintain the collaborative platforms (ie SharePoints, Team Sites, Portals)
  • Participate with auditing compliance and improvement of the global management system (DGSS)


Data Governance & Supplier Relationship Management
Support the CoE responsibility with implementing a robust Supplier Management system.

  • Support the implementation of robust rules and governance for Supplier Master database (ERP-SRM)
  • Coordinate the eco-system for SRM and drive the required improvements to the Communication platforms for suppliers


Organization Capability Development
Support the deployment and execution of training programs covering global processes and digital systems.

  • Develop, consolidate and deliver training plans on new system and functionalities
  • Enhance training portfolio, Onboarding and solutions for e-learning

Job Requirement

  • Business Administration or Engineering undergraduate Degree (Allow Equivalent).
  • 8+ Years of Experience
  • 10-25% Travel
  • CPSM (preferred)
  • Broad base knowledge of business functions and related processes (Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, PLM)
  • Sound expertise of related digital practices with Procurement processes (Supplier Management, Procure to Pay, Purchasing, Advanced Sourcing, Category strategies, NPD, Supply Chain, Logistics)
  • Understanding of Accounting, Finance & business administration
  • Project management intimacy.
  • Data science background.
  • Dashboarding development. Analytics tool (ie Power BI, QLIK apps..).
  • Experience with Procurement (Sourcing, Supply Chain, NPD Sourcing, Supplier Development) and IT related Functions building digital solutions.
  • Past experience in data management, Analytics and Architecture solution build.
  • Prior project management - leadership experience across multiple regions/culture.
  • Proven track record of strategic thinking, implementation of change and managing multiple projects with cross-functional work experience.
  • Preferred but not required: CPSM (Low-Med), Financial training (Low), Project Management (Low), IT Solution Architecture (Low-Mid), BI and Data Science (Mid-High)
  • Global Breadth: Multi-Country (> One Country)
  • Revenue Magnitude: 5 Billion
