Position Summary
Support Operations in the Automation and digitalization Strategies. Responsible for implementation, integration and validation of solutions that will help improve operational excellence.
Responsible to support continuous improvements in manufacturing control systems. Alliason between inte-departamental and solution provider.
The control engineer will support coordination and integration of new equipment controls, to ensure alignment with internal Doosan Bobcat strategy and standards. Support modification of PLC, HMI, control codes back-ups, Connectivity of devices, troubleshoot controls system.
Role & Responsibility
Supplier
• Confer with vendors to determine solution specification and arrange for purchase of partial or complete solution.
• Evaluate solution according to specification and quality standards.
Problem solving
• Drive the Problem Analysis with supplier
• Conduct implementation of appropriate corrective actions and follow their effectiveness on manufacturing side
Operation
• Support operation and service with emergency issues related to control and/or integration issues
• Support NPD implementation from Automation and digitalization point of view (requirements, standard, problem solving)
• Collaboration with other department of automation control project requirements
Builds Organizational Capability
• Provide and promote trainings to operation staff to ensure competence acquired and sustaining a performance culture.

Job Requirement
Education & Qualification: Bachelor’s degree within Electrical/ Computer / Industrial Engineering, required.

• Knowledge/ Experience with the following disciplines:
• PLC, HMI, SCADA
• Knowledge of communication protocols for controls
• Understanding of Ethernet Networks and Wi-Fi
• Experience in database/SQL management and reports
• Knowledge of systemautomation and digital technology, such as MES, Kepware and networking factory equipments
• Familiar with IIoT and Industry 4.0 process systems
• Knowledge of connected devices or tools
• Manufacturing Engineering fundamentals
• Experienced in reading of technical drawings
