Job Information

The salesperson is responsible for the development of the defined sales region. He/She has full budget responsibility for the area (heavy / compact).

Role & Responsibility

Sales:

  • Frequent customer support and opportunity retrieval and analysis of steady customers; Support and consulting of clients on site.
  • Costumer acquisition
  • Planning and execution of sales actions (demonstrations, mailings etc.)
  • Generating rental business with steady customers and new customers
  • Cross Selling

 

Product Groups:

Product segment compact (Bobcat,  Kramer, PP)

  • general steady customers
  • medium sized companies
  •  landscape contracting businesses
  • municipalities
  • civil engineering

 

Product segment heavy

  • general steady customers
  • mining industies
  • demonlition industries

Job Requirement

  • Education & Qualification: Business Administration - Bachelors Degree -  Allow Equivalent
  • Experience: 5>7 years
  • Travel Standard: >50%
  • Global Breadth: Multi-Site (> One Location)
  • Revenue Magnitude: 1 - 2 Million
  • In-depth technical and commercial understanding
  • Sales experience in capital goods sector  (preferably in construction machinery)
  • MS Office knowledge, strong communication skills, organisational skills
  • Customer and service orientation.
  • Preferable commercial education / technician with sales-oriented training
