Job Information
Position Summary: Under supervision of HR BP helps to cover the legal entity or part of company Human Resources area; participates in planning and controlling the headcount.
Role & Responsibility
Internal Communication:
- Improve communication, accountability and controls by implementing the BPS Information
- Flow and Governance Model into production, quality, sustaining and development teams.
Compensations and Benefits:
- Make sure that compensation and benefits are always in line with company policy and the external market
Company Culture, Legal, Policy:
- Ensure all the labor law requirements are followed.
- Respect of Code of Conduct.
HR and Payroll Administration:
- Follows the internal rules and ensures that Payroll Accountant has all information on time
Staffing:
- Participates in plan and control the headcount, responsible for hiring BC and introduction process.
- Control and improve absenteeism rate, turn over, overtime and other HR KPI’s.
- Cooperates very closely with personal agencies regarding temporary employment.
Doosan Way, 2G Strategy (People Development):
- Doosan Way implementation, Living Doosan Credo, supports development actions for BC
Job Requirement
- Education & Qualification: Human Resources - Secondary School / Allow Equivalent
- Knowledge of local Labor Law
- Conversation skills in English
- Ability to use MS Office
- Experience: 2>5 years
- Travel Standard: < 10%
- HR general management, experience as HR generalist is an advantage
