Doosan Digital Innovation Europe (DDI Europe) provides total IT service to Doosan affiliates in EMEA. This includes IT Services, Innovation Projects and Technology Governance to all EMEA Doosan affiliates. Since its establishment in UK in 2014 DDI Europe is currently supporting over 200 applications, 5000 users in UK, Czech R, UAE, Poland, Germany, Ireland, France & Belgium. DDI Europe is part of a global IT Services Provider headquartered in Seoul in South Korea.

Due to business growth we now have a requirement for an IT Application Developer to join our expanding international business on a fixed term basis. As Application Developer, you will be responsible for the IT application support of our manufacturing-related systems, 3rd level support for MES systems and development of bug fixes and enhancements, managing process of the data distribution to other systems – interfaces, and user support in case of requests and issues.


This role will be working from home initially, and then based out of our Renfrew HQ with flexible working options.

To be considered for this position you will have experience within the following:

•    Fluent knowledge of .NET/C# (.NET 4.x) 
•    Windows OS (advanced user) 
•    MS Office (user) 
•    Microsoft technologies 
•    Familiar with WPF, WinForms, and WCF 
•    Basic knowledge of ORM (iBatis) 
•    General knowledge of the relational databases 
•    Microsoft SQL Server 
•    Focus on MS SQL 
•    SQL language 


Alongside the above you will most likely hold an IT certificate, general knowledge of the manufacturing processes, knowledge of interfaces and EDI and a flair for Innovation and design within application development.
