We are looking for Service Manager (m/w/d) to join our team at Bobcat.
As a Service Manager at Bobcat, you’ll play a key role in empowering our dealer network and ensuring customer satisfaction. Are you excited about providing technical solutions, improving dealer performance, and driving aftersales excellence? We’re looking for someone who:
- Provide dealers with technical support and solutions for product problems producing technical reports.
- Evaluate dealer service capabilities and set up plans to improve their performance.
- Ensure execution of DAR, BSEP, D-Path and other relevant programs.
- Build and maintain training matrix, to identify training needs that must be translated into training yearly bottom-up forecast.
- Monitor and report market and industry trends
- Assess organizational needs to ensure dealers are able to respond to Machine IQ opportunities, maximizing benefits and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Administration: Manage dealers warranty accounts, ensuring dealers are following Warranty Policy, ensure Field modifications are closed on time, document and justify goodwill requests.
What sets you apart:
- +5 years in aftermarket related experience.
- Very good IT knowledge and computer skills.
- Technical Hands-on experince: good technical understanding of machines and engines.
- Knowledge of industry standards and aftersales support.
- Good English language required.
- Good comprehension of dealer service operations.
- Good communication skills.
