  To ensure that all labor matter related legal and regulatory requirements are carry out in accordance with, not only Labor Law but also meet Comapny business objectives.

Role & Responsibility

Main responsibility Details KPI
Company Regulation
  • Update, receives analyst, give opinions and co-ordinate to give guideline for implementing of latest legislation which affecting to Company.
  • Manage and update changing content which reflect to Company Delegation/ Regulation system.
  • Based on Company’s regulation
Discipline Committee
  • Be responsible for carrying out discipline committee task, includes receiving whistleblowing report, investigation, discipline.
  • Based on Company’s regulation
Others
  • Be responsible for planning and carrying out compliance activities such as training to new employees.
  • Work with Government Department such as DOLISA, DEZA to handled labor issues properly
  • Carrying out the procedures, documents applying for updating, modifying and supplementing Internal Company Regulation in case of change.
  • Based on Company’s regulation

 

Job Requirement

Education & Qualification

Education (including major)

Certificate (license)
 
  • Degree: University
  • Major: Human Resource Management, Law
 
Knowledge & skills Job related General
 
  • Knowledge of Labor Code,
  • Computer: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Foreign language: English (TOEIC 500)
  • Communication in English
  • Team work
  • Strong problem-solving skill & communication skill.
Experience
  • 0 – 2 years
  • Travel standard: 10%
Experience Description
  • Good knowledge and understanding of regulatory law and procedures.

Perform any other duties/projects as assigned by line manager.
