Job Information
The purpose of this role is to provide financial leadership to Business Unit (BU) and act as effective business partner for Sales, Operation, Procurement, etc.
This position is responsible for profitability control, including pricing/promotion analysis, cost control, budgeting and forecasting, capital expenditure and working capital management.
Ad hoc analysis to support special contracts is also required
Role & Responsibility
- Financial analysis and support:
- Perform timely and insightful BU financial analysis, and present the related data, information and reports to the EMEA FP&A Director,
- Provide financial information to each BU’s function to support decision-making and action.
- Accounting support: •
- Review Actual accruals and provisions to ensure compliance to IFRS and Doosan Financial Accounting Standards.
- Support audit requirements as required, physical inventory checks, maintenance of standard costs.
- Support internal control processes.
- Reporting:
- Provide monthly financials both Actual and Forecast, working closely with BU to enable them to make appropriate decisions.
- Prepare business budget/plan, AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and LRP (Long Range Plan),
- Capital expenditure investment analysis.
- Overall COGS / SG&A / R&D / Working Capital review and control.
- KPIs/deliverables:
- Meeting due date/calendar.
- Gross Margin analysis with detailed breakdown (product line and region).
- Financial analysis performance and targets and profitability management.
- BU financials analysis and key explanation - P&L, Working Capital, FCF, OCF and BS.
- Management reporting and Business Case analysis to support decision.
Job Requirement
- Education & Qualification: Economics - University /Business Administration - University / Finance - University / Allow Equivalent
- Knowledge& Skill:
- Financials statements.
- Cost analysis and control.
- Operations / Finance reporting.
- ERP / Business intelligence solutions.
- Multilingual (English compulsory).
- Analytical skills.
- Structured/Logical thinking.
- Flexibility/Interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Power BI)
- Experience: 5>10 years
- Minimum 5 years of working as financial controller with an international environment exposure.
- Demonstrate success in a previous controller experience.
- Revenue Magnitude: Over 50M EUR recommended.
- Travel Standard: < 10 %
