Job Information

As Marketing Communications Manager, you will lead and scale HyAxiom’s story as we advance to the next phase of our high-growth journey. You will take lead in promoting HyAxiom to media, the public, influencers and relevant stakeholders to ensure HyAxiom’s brand remains top of mind. For this purpose, key tasks will include developing communication strategies and preparing marketing materials such as brochures, press releases, newsletters, presentations, and other promotional messaging materials. Also, you will take charge of planning & organizing trade shows, exhibitions, customer events to better promote the company’s products whilst expanding company’s business networks.

Role & Responsibility

  • Develop marketing communications plans and strategies based on clear understanding of needs of the customers (media, public, stakeholders, etc)
  • Take lead in engaging with agencies worldwide, including PR consulting companies, branding agencies, website and video production companies to identify and achieve key milestones for the purpose of promoting the company’s brand in the market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and networks with relevant stakeholders, clients and the media and handle inquiries on the company’s business
  • Develop and write content and messaging for various types of content assets
  • Research, develop and edit content, including press releases, messaging, briefing docs, social media, blog posts and more

Job Requirement

  • BA/BS with 5+ years of experience
  • MA/MS with 3+ years of experience
  • Ph.D. with 0-2+ years of experience
  • CPRM (Certified Public Relations Manager) or similar certificate is a plus (preferred)

Functional Competency


  • 5+ years of communications or relevant experience such as marketing, events and executive engagemen
  • Work experience in PR firms or as a Marcomm manager in a listed company is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with marketing communication strategies, company branding, public relations (PR), social media, website, etc.
  • Have a strong track record of writing and managing a corporate narrative and messaging
  • Experience in organization and management of events (press releases & conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, stakeholder / investor meetings, etc)
