Role & Responsibility

The roles and responsibilities of this position include but not limited to:

•  Planning and developing 5yr growth strategies.

•  Co-ordinating and aligning with cross-functional teams in the development of business.

• wide operational strategies including KPIs.

• Research and analysis of market/industry trends, competitors, customers and new technologies.

•  Active internal/external communication with relevant stakeholders covering various aspects such as strategy, business plans and financials.

Job Requirement

• Understands company’s vision and mission and takes lead in developing and executing appropriate plans and strategies to achieve targets.

• Actively engages with internal stakeholders to establish and manage yearly KPIs of each function, including monitoring and evaluation. Priority Focus Business Judgement.

• Contributes to research and analysis of dynamics of the markets, industries, competitors, and customers.

• Based on research, identifies strengths, and gaps and suggests measures to improve business.

• Identify new business opportunities or new technologies to improve competitiveness of the company Execution Communication.

• Proactively communicates with Doosan Corp teams and relevant affiliate companies in Korea.

• Communicates in timely manner with internal teams and executive management, advising on strategies, business plans and new opportunities.

• Engages actively with external stakeholders.

Education & Experience

Education

• BA/BS with 5+ years of experience

• MA/MBA with 3+ years of experience

Experience

• Proven working experience in corporate strategy, planning, market intelligence, research, and analysis.

• Experience in drafting business plans, Annual operations plans, KPIs, etc.

• Need to be fluent in English and Korean

• Experience in consulting firms, research institutions, Korean firms is a plus.

• Experience in making reports to senior/top management is a plus.

• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

• Communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience.

• Excellent business judgement and expeditious business acumen.

• Thorough and successful implementation of development plans and strategies.

• Excellent communication skills.
