Job Information
The ESG Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the company's Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) policies and initiatives. This position is tasked with ensuring that the organization complies with ESG regulations and standards, and that it aligns with the company's values and business objectives.
Also, this position is responsible for establishing, monitoring and fostering a safety and environmental focused culture at the company by providing overall management and strategic direction to build up Safety and Environmental Management Programs within the organization.
Role & Responsibility
[ESG]
• Develop and implement the company's ESG policies and initiatives in collaboration with other departments and stakeholders
• Monitor and report on the company's ESG performance to internal and external stakeholders
• Support the development and implementation of sustainability reporting frameworks, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB)
• Collaborate with the communications team to develop and implement ESG communication strategies for various stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with external ESG stakeholders, including investors, NGOs, and industry associations
• Provide training and support to other departments to promote ESG awareness and integration into their operations
• Ensure that the organization complies with ESG regulations and standards
• Stay up-to-date on ESG trends, standards, and best practices
[EHS]
• Develop, implement and evaluate programs and procedures for all EMEA facilities that enhance EHS awareness and compliance with country regulations
• Coordinate & conduct site EHS inspections, audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and develop mitigation strategies
• Cooperate with our EMEA locations to identify short and long-term program plans; develops and maintains strong relationships across the EMEA organization
Job Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as EHS, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG & EHS or sustainability-related roles
• Strong knowledge of ESG & EHS regulations, standards, and best practices
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
