Doosan Digital Information Europe (DDIE) provides total IT service to Doosan affiliates in EMEA. This includes IT Services, Innovation Projects and Technology Governance to all EMEA Doosan affiliates. Since its establishment in UK in 2014 DDIE is currently supporting over 200 applications, 5000 users in the UK , Czech R, UAE, Poland, Germany, Ireland, France & Belgium. DDIE is part of a global IT Services Provider headquartered in Seoul in South Korea.


As DDIE’s new ERP Support Analyst, working with a small and supportive team alongside the IT Applications Manager, you will be responsible for:


•    Key point of contact between 3rd Party Service desk & 2nd/3rd line support team. 
•    Supporting users, managing their expectations, keeping them informed of progress and tracking their calls through to closure.
•    Triaging calls, assessing level of importance and urgency, identifying the correct resolver group
•    Taking ownership of application support calls expedite where necessary 
 
Ideally you'll have an IT or business related degree and ITIL Foundation V3 - with a SQA Highers or equivalent standard as a minimum, alongside some practical experience of working within an IT customer services environment providing support to users of a variety of applications and Experience of managing 3rd party service providers.
