We are looking for  to join our team at Bobcat. 

Currently, Doosan Bobcat offers a long-term internship in the Trade Compliance department.

The Trade Compliance department for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) ensures that the company complies with international regulations during the import and export of goods. They work daily with customs and legal departments, monitoring EU, U.S., U.N., and other institutional regulations — like sanctions, embargoes, or customs rules.

Who is the Trainee Program intended for?

For those who are full-time students at universities.

How do we envision you?

• You are an active university student (ideally studying Economics/Finance, Logistics, or Law).
• You are detail-oriented and meticulous — you will be working with important data.
• You are fluent in Czech and proficient in English — documents will be in English, and your team will be international.
• You enjoy communication and excel at it.
• You can handle sensitive information within your department.
• You have analytical skills — evaluating risks and legal issues.
• You are willing to be in the office in Dobříš at least 2 days a week.

What will your responsibilities include?

• Supporting the team in daily tasks and reporting.
• Assisting with verifying suppliers, customers, and transactions against sanction lists and embargoes.
• Managing documentation, internal processes, and databases.
• Supporting internal audits and subsequent corrective actions.
• Collaborating with Logistics, Purchasing, and Legal departments in resolving trade issues.
• Monitoring legislation regarding international trade and specific requirements for individual countries.
