We are looking for a Trainee for the Trade Supply Chain department!

For those who are actively enrolled in full-time university studies.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF:

• You are an active student enrolled in full-time studies at a Czech university.
• You have a good command of Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel – including pivot tables and basic to advanced functions.
• Experience with PowerBI, SQL, or Python is a great advantage.
• You are proficient in English – your colleagues will not all be Czech-speaking.
• You are willing to be in the office in Dobříš at least two days per week.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR WORK RESPONSIBILITIES?

We are looking for a Supply Chain Trainee who is comfortable with data analysis and enjoys actively contributing to the company’s operations. If terms like process optimizationand finding efficient solutions resonate with you, if you excel in analytical thinking, and if you are keen on approaching issues with a critical perspective, this position is perfect for you.

With us, you'll become part of a very friendly team of colleagues who will properly train you from the beginning. Once you've mastered the basic terminology and understood the processes within the Trade Supply Chain department, you'll start independently working on a selected project that you will lead yourself. Through this, you'll gain invaluable experience that you can utilize, if interested, directly with us after completing your studies.

We greatly value your initiative, eagerness to learn and work with new tools, and courage to embrace new challenges.

Among the activities you can be involved in within our company are:

• Participating in daily operations.
• Collaborating on process optimization in planning – identifying problem areas and helping us design improvements.
• Analyzing data and preparing reports for departmental needs – transforming data into a comprehensible format for subsequent presentations.
• Assisting in implementing a new system – mapping existing processes and helping transition them into the new system.
• All of this with the support of experienced colleagues in the team – you'll never be left on your own.
