What will be your job?
TM Process Support

• Assistance in the implementation of employee development programs, including DCM, MBO, development plans, career paths, and follow-up evaluations.
• Support for meetings and activities aimed at organizational development.

TM Module Management

• Supervision and management of the TM module within the HR system, ensuring its efficient operation, timely updates, and user support.
• Monitoring the integrity of data in the system and resolving any issues.

Program Coordination

• Coordination and ensuring unified global TM processes and policies across all company regions.

Analysis and Reporting

• Collection and analysis of talent-related data, preparation of regular reports, and support for evaluating goals.

Care and Collaboration within the Company

• Maintaining collaboration with regional HR teams, managers, global HR teams, headquarters, and suppliers.

How do we imagine you?

• You are interested in HR and are analytically and organizationally capable.
• You are meticulous, respect deadlines, and are comfortable communicating across departments.
• You have excellent Excel skills and enjoy working with systems.
• You are fluent in Czech and English; other languages are an advantage.
