We are looking for Talent Acquisition Sr Partner Production to join our team at Bobcat. 

Job Information

The Talent Acquisition Sr. Partner Production is responsible for leading recruitment activities for Production. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, interviewing, and selecting candidates and manages the recruitment budget.This role also supports White Collar recruitment activities in EMEA.The Talent Acquisition Sr. Partner Production is responsible for the management of temp agencies.

Role & Responsibility

1. Recruitment Strategy (15%)

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for the production positions.
  • Implement recruitment plans aligned with company strategy and turnover data and future staffing needs.
  • Develop and refine recruitment processes for production recruitment to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participating in job fairs and networking events focused on the manufacturing sector.

 

2. Talent Pipeline & Sourcing (30%)

  • Searching for potential candidates through various channels such as social media, job portals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Managing applications and responses to job offers.
  • Conducting interviews and coordinating hiring decisions with manufacturing department heads.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates.
  • Build a pipeline of external candidate in line with projected staffing needs.

 

3. Selection Process (15%)

  • Lead and oversee the entire selection process for productions positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

 

4. Candidate Experience (15%)

  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the offer process (offer approval, presenting offers to candidates).

 

5. Temp agencies (20%)

  • Own the relationship with temp and recruitment agencies that support staffing for production.
  • Inform the agencies about the future staffing needs.
  • Manage the individual assignments for temp agency workers.
  • Inform agencies about terminations of agency workers.
  • Manage reporting of working time and check invoices for agency workers

6. Data & Reporting (5%)

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics and present findings to senior management
  • Provide insights to help improve recruitment practices.
     

Job Requirement

Education and Qualification: 

  • Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology - Bachelor Degree or degree in related field

Experience: 

  • 5-7 years
  • Strong understanding of advanced recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment in the production/manufacturing environment
  • Proven expertise in building and managing talent pipelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.

Skills:

  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to use MS Office
