We are looking for Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team.

As Supplier Quality Engineer you´ll play a key role in our company. We’re looking for an energetic professional to take supplier quality management to the next level.

We´re looking for someone who will:

Independently perform supplier audits and SDR reviews
Analyze and communicate supplier quality data
Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement
Reduce recurring claims and defective parts
Support production teams with supplier-related issues
Be the voice of the supplier within the factory
Lead problem-solving and ensure quick resolution of quality concerns

What sets you apart:

Engineering degree or equivalent secondary school qualification in Quality
2–5 years’ experience in manufacturing (Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus)
Green Belt certification appreciated
Strong knowledge of quality tools and parts validation processes (PPAP, APQP, SPC, 8D)
Fluent in Czech and English (able to communicate with shop floor & suppliers)
