We are looking for Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team at Bobcat.
As Senior Payroll Specialistt at Bobcat, you’ll play a key role in our community. The Senior Payroll Specialist is crucial in guaranteeing timely payroll execution, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and business goals, and keeping key stakeholders informed about changes and actions affecting their pay.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Payroll Processing - Accurately process payroll on a monthly basis, verify and enter timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant data into the payroll system. Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions such as taxes, benefits, garnishments, and retirement contributions.
- Compliance - Ensure payroll practices comply with country laws and regulations. Stay current on changes in payroll regulations and update payroll policies. Support internal/external auditing process, taking the lead in each process as appropriate
- Employee and business support - Provide customer service to employees.
- Reporting & Documentation - Generate and distribute payroll reports to management and other departments as needed. Prepare financial reports and analyses related to payroll expenses (standard or adhoc requests).
What Sets You Apart:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- Local qualification in payroll regulations, tax compliance, HR or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in payroll processing.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of Czech and English language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
