Job Information
Position Summary:
The Senior CRM Manager is responsible for developing and execution of CRM strategy, Sales Lead Management, and Online marketing strategy and driving the execution of the Company’s EMEA online and CRM marketing efforts.
Plan and execute online and email campaigns to support the Company’s brand and sales leads collection. Drive highly qualified sales leads to our dealer network and drive measurable return on investment.
Role & Responsibility
Design a CRM strategy to improve customer retention and acquisition of new customers
• Define the CRM strategy with internal stakeholders
• Define and deploy CRM Processes
• Work with IT Department on Salesforce to support CRM processes
• Increase upsells and cross sales
Lead Bobcat Sales Lead Management processes
• Maximize sales lead collection from various channels
• Sales leads qualification with the Call Center
• Follow-up on sales leads closure with field staff and Dealers
• Analyze and report out Sales leads to Management
• Develop and Implement prospection to facilitate leads generation by dealers' salesforce
• Ensure continues effort to maximize the Leads Management and CRM efficiency
Oversee the Company’s Online Marketing Efforts and Public website
• Each year, oversee the development and execution of the Online Marketing and Public Website strategy and budget in support of the Long Range Plan
• Plan and Annual Operating Plan objectives
• Ensure eMarketing tactics are part of every major initiative in the Marketing department
• Keep website usability, functionality, content, and value ahead of the competition as measured by the voice of online customers to maximize the customer experience and generate sales leads
• Continually measure Online Marketing Return On Investment vs. other Marketing channels (print, PR, etc.)
Develop and maintain Dealer-facing platforms
• Each year, oversee the development and execution of a strategic plan for Dealer-facing platforms
• Ensure all platforms follow and support the Dealer Marketing strategy set by the Dealer Marketing team
• Cooperate with IT on the proper connection of all platforms to the Single Sign-On and manage the user management system for those platforms that are not connected yet
• Ensure troubleshooting for all platforms is in place and working
Supplier Management and Development
• Revise the framework of collaboration with 3rd parties for maximum effectiveness by outsourcing technical tasks
• Impose KPIs on suppliers, Identify and implement improvements, Identify new suppliers,
work closely with procurement.
Job Requirement
• Education: Marketing (Masters) or equivalent
• Experience: >10 years
• Travel Standard: 20%
• Minimum 7 years of work experience in marketing
• Experience in project management
• Experience in dealer network management or sales will be a plus
• Experience in working in an international environment is a strong asset.

• Project management and problem-solving skills are a must
• Experience developing and delivering marketing collateral
• Demonstrated good vendor management skills
• Research and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to work across departments to address company-wide customer needs
• Demonstrated good written and verbal communication skills and experience
• Language skills: English mandatory; German/French will be a plus
