We are looking for Sales Promotion Analyst to join our team at Bobcat.
As Sales Promotion Analyst at Bobcat, you’ll be responsible for managing activities related to the Sales Promotion across the whole product portfolio.
We are looking for someone:
- Launch promotions in the APEX system according to the revised quarterly program conditions.
- Maintenance of campaign setup, dealer setup, dealer/region mapping in IRW and APEX.
- Monthly/quarterly retrospective credit audits considering complex campaign and conditions.
- Based on the audit results, communicate with the dealers on rejection and create credit memo.
- Process management and communication of Field Inventory.
- Publish field inventory aging report and machine iQ report to the Dms monthly basis in order to maintain healthy field inventory management.
What sets you apart:
- Experience +5 years in field.
- Excellence in data analysis and management.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Project management skills - ability to cope with multiple parallel projects.
- English language is mandatory (German/ French will be plus).
- Computer skills - MS office, data visualization tool such as PowerBI.
