Operations Controlling Leader EMEA

We are looking for an experienced Operations Controlling Leader  to join our team at Bobcat.

As Operations Controlling Leader EMEA at Bobcat, you will provide financial analysis and coordination to the EMEA plants, logistic and sourcing process financials and act as an effective business partner for the EMEA operations leadership. You will also ensure effective financial management and control across EMEA operation, driving profitability and cost-efficiency through robust financial leadership and partnership with operations leadership.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Will Perform the Following:

Financial Leadership(40% of the scope)

• Perform timely and insightful financial and operational analyses, and present the related data, information and reports to the operations management team for review, decision-making, and action.
• Business control and directing for actions in order to get efficiency and cost reduction/improvement.
• Guarantee the internal control into EMEA operations (Manufacturing + Supply chain)
• Lead discussions on financial performance in EMEA operations, driving action plans and cost improvement.
• Leading the SAP implementation and system improvement into operations controlling
• Improvement of key performance metrics, such as inventory turns and productivity cost reduction and achieving financial targets such as P&L, WC and OCF.

Plant Control Efficiency (30% of the scope)

• Strengthen the plant control implementing best practices.
• Establish and maintain adequate internal controls
• Ensure COGS control and efficiency analysis of all operational areas within EMEA.

Manufacturing, Sourcing, Engineering Operations Plan (30% of the scope)

• Support business plans, such as Annual Operating Plan and (AOP) Long Range Plan (LRP)
• Conduct investment analysis across all operations.
• Develop and implement finance/operations indicators/KPIs.
• Establish strong relationship with key stakeholder groups across procurement, engineering and manufacturing operations

What Sets You Apart

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.

Experience:

• Demonstrated success in a previously held controlling role
•  Minimum 5 years of working in a financial role in an international manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of operations dynamics and finance reporting.
• Cost accounting and business analysis knowledge
• Good project / program management experience (with focus on ERP implementation projects)

Systems knowledge:

• Experience in ERP implementation, preferred SAP
• Preferred: Khalix consolidation system utilization.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite

Other Skills:

• Strategical view to support long term view (5-10 years) for business/operations
• High level of maturity, flexibility and analytical skills.
• High level of adaptability to dynamically evolving requirements
• Multilingual (English compulsory).
