Job Information
- Position Summary: The Master Scheduler will manage the production sequence and schedule sales orders, collaborating with various departments to ensure a streamlined production process. This role optimizes production schedules and maintains effective communication across departments.
- Job Purpose: To efficiently manage production scheduling, align with production capabilities and constraints, and maintain cross-departmental communication to ensure seamless operations.

Role & Responsibility
- Master Scheduling (50%)
- Develop and manage the production sequence using supply chain insights.
- Optimize production schedules, balancing demand signals, production constraints, and inventory strategies.
- Schedule sales orders effectively into production, ensuring timely execution.
- Collaboration and Communication (30%)
- Work closely with the production team to establish a production plan aligned with Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP).
- Facilitate effective communication and cooperation to address production process challenges.
- Collaborate with departments such as PPIC, Production, CST, etc., for a smooth information flow.
- Analysis Preparation and Project Participation (20%)
- Conduct ad hoc data analyses to provide insights into production performance.
- Track the status of sales orders and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Participate in various projects that impact the production process.
Job Requirement
- Education and Qualifications:
- Required: University Degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, etc.)
- Experience:
- Required: 0-3 years in related fields.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of production planning and processes
- Fluency in English, (French language is very welcomed)
- Intermediate Excel skills mandatory
- Knowledge of analytic tools (e.g., Power Bi, Power Automate) is an advantage
