We're Searching for a HR Trainee for a Compensation&Benefits department!

Are you curious about how compensation and benefits systems work in an international company? Join our Compensation & Benefits team! We're looking for a student eager to grow in HR, data administration, and analysis. What will your responsibilities be?

• Assisting with the creation of job codes based on provided guidelines and subsequent data entry in the system.
• Collaborating with the team on daily tasks.
• Checking data quality and entering data.
• Conducting analyses, reports, and salary surveys.

What are we looking for?

• You are a university student in the Czech Republic.
• You are fluent in both Czech and English.
• You are capable of working both in teams and independently.
• You have knowledge of Excel.
• You possess analytical skills.

• A long-term paid internship (Contract for Services - DPČ) starting at 220 CZK/hour.
• Flexible working hours (approx. 16–20 hours/week) – you'll have time for your studies and hobbies.
